Full description
The Bark River Aurora II was developed as the ultimate bushcraft knife. Prototypes of the Aurora were extensively tested by bushcraft-experts in North America and Europe. Based on their feedback the Aurora was perfected. The result is an amazing outdoor knife. The Bark River Aurora is perfectly balanced. The pointed tip is great for detailed tasks and the spine of the blade is perfect for a firesteel. This Aurora II is quite a lot bigger than the normal Aurora.

Great knife...long enough for bleeding deer etc and strong enough for taking off the shanks and cutting up off centre brisket...to keep her sharp just strop it...if working hard just a few light flicks on a fine ceramic rod ....and remember knife lovers...to sharpen vonvex grind rap a rubber block or block of wood with worn fine as you can get wet and dry and go light...the bend in the rubber will follow the contour of your blade...regards david
