The **Benchmade Saddle Mountain Skinner** is a slim, all-round hunting knife. Because of its nice recurve it will cut like a laser through meat. The large 'belly' of the edge also makes this a great knife when gutting game. With your index finger on the jimping on the spine of the blade, you have a lot of control over the knife as you use it.

 Benchmade selected CPM S30V steel for the blade. It retains its sharpness well, and is also easy to sharpen. Stainless as well, which is practical when you don't have some cloth and oil close. You notice that this knife was made to be used.

 The handle is made from Rosewood Dymondwood. A composite of layers of wood, impregnated with synthetic resin. Incredibly strong and with a stylish look and feel. Also not unimportant: it offers you enough grip.

 The Benchmade Saddle Mountain Skinner comes in a stunning leather sheath.
