This serrated **Böker Classic sausage knife 12 cm** is, of course, perfect when cutting (dry) sausage. But you can also easily use thi sknife for bread and vegetables.
The Böker Classic collection is characterized by a combination of very thin 4034 stainless steel and stunning beech wood scales. Because the knives are so thin it is easy to give them a very fine profile. As such the kitchen knives are perfect for the most detailed tasks.

We zochten een karakteristiek mesje voor erbij. Mes is vlijmscherp maar snijdt schuin doordat deze aan een zijde is geslepen. Daarnaast zitten de nagels niet vast, waardoor een in de hand steekt bij het snijden. Beetje lijm heeft hier de oplossing geboden. Kortom, prima mes maar heeft aandacht nodig.
