This **Böker Core vegetable knife** is incredibly practical. The compact knife has a blade length of 8.5 cm: perfect when peeling vegetables and fruit, but also for other small cutting tasks.

 The German Böker has once again introduced an amazing collection of knives with these Core kitchen knives. With a sublime design and made from top-quality materials. The collection contains various kitchen knives: from santoku to carving knife. All stunning, light-weight knives that are amazing to use.

 ## Blade with curved spine

 The blade of the Böker Core knives is made from X50CrMoV15: German top-quality steel that is perfect for kitchen knives. Forged by hand in Solingen and hardened up to 58 HRC. Subsequently the blade was enhanced with a satin finish and a razor-sharp, polished edge. With it you will be prepared for every cutting task. The spine of the blade is slightly curved. So no sharp angles, but a nice curve. This makes every knife comfortable to handle in different positions. Even when you put a lot of pressure on the spine of the blade while cutting or chopping.

 ## Stunning walnut wood handle

 The handle seamlessly merges with the blade. As such bacteria won't be able to accumulate. The handle itself is made from walnut wood. A nice type of wood with a natural pattern. In addition, the combination of the walnut wood and the missing crop ensure that each knife is relatively light. Especially during the larger cutting jobs this is great.
