Böker Minos II, 111629

The Minos II is a little more classically designed version of the Böker Minos. What remains, is that knife designer Jens Ansø once again shows how to excellently combine shape and function. This knife feels very solid. And that's what it is, too. For the Minos II, a dark type of woord is chosen for the handle: grenadilla wood. This wood species belongs to the rosewood species. At first glance, it appears almost black, but when you look closer, you can discern a beautiful wood design. The wood contrasts beautifully with the stainless steel bolster.
