Tough, but not very large. That's how you could describe the Albatros. Round shapes are beautifully combined with straight lines. It is clear to see, that a picture of the flying namesake of knives maker Jens Ansø was standing on his work bench for inspiration. The contours of the bird are clearly recognizable.
