This Buck 546 Open Season Folding Skinner is a solid hunting knife. The knife is equipped with ergonomic thermoplastic handles with a cut-out for the index finger. The flipper can open it smoothly with a small wrist movement. The knife opens quicklyy and is firmly locked by the liner-lock. This knife looks and feels a lot like the successful 279 Alpha Hunter and can been seen a bit like its successor.
