The Condor Serbian Kuvar Cleaver CTK5009-62-HC, 1075, Red Micarta is an outdoor kitchen knife designed by Goran Mihajlovic. Goran Mihajlovic is a Serbian-born adventurer and knife maker who has lived in the Amazon jungle for more than two decades. He regularly uses a Kuvar Cleaver that he made himself. With the experience gained from his days in the rainforest, he designed his own version for production. The thinner ground-out blade cuts both vegetables and meat effortlessly, while the knife is still robust enough for most cutting tasks outside the kitchen. The knife comes with a stunning leather sheath.
