J'avais commandé 2 étui pour la ceinture Fenix en nylon pour P1/P1D/P1D-CE - Noir. 
Je les ai reçu dans un délai parfaitement raisonnable. Mais à l'ouverture du colis, j'ai constaté qu'un étui était bien celui que j'avais commandé mais l'autre était un autre modèle.
En date du 6 novembre 2012, j'ai donc écrit un mail au SAV pour expliquer la chose  (photos à l'appui).
J'ai reçu une réponse très rapide (ce qui est agréable), courtoise et dans un français approximatif du SAV... hollandais !!! signé de M ou Mme Hylke Zeijlstra
Il m'a été proposé de choisir l'étui que je souhaitais et qu'il me serait envoyé. A ce jours, pas de son, pas de lumière. (Je tiens toujours cet échange de mail à votre disposition)
Je suis déçu.

Altijd handig eentje extra, afwerking is netjes en sterk. Prijs is zeer aangenaam, gewoon meebestellen zou ik zeggen erg makkelijk als je niet altijd riemen wil wisselen (of voor aan de tas).
