## Top-quality CookStar base

The top highlight of the Original Pro collection is the CookStar base. This base can be used on any heat source. This makes the Fissler Original Profi Collection pans also very suitable for induction. This base can not only be used well on induction, you can also easily switch pans with the CookStar bottom between different types of heat sources. Without the bottom warping, something that sometimes happens with less quality pans. This series can also be used in the oven.

## Handy features

Pans from the Fissler Original Profi Collection are enhanced with steel cold grips. These handles don't transmit the heat when used on electric stoves (electric, induction, ceramic and halogen). So you can just take hold of the handles bare handed. However, they can get hot on gas stoves (depending on the size of the flame).

The lids of the Original Profi pans are solidly constructed. They seal off all moisture and heat well. A downward dent is also added to the middle of the lid. so all the condensation automatically returns into the pan, making your food even juicier. It also means you don't have to deal with lots of water when you take the lid off the pan.
