The **Forge de Laguiole 12 cm Kingwood** is a very exclusive edition of the famous Laguiole knife. The handle is made from Kingwood, Latin name: *Dalbergia cearensis*. This is a type of wood that belongs to the same family as different types of rosewood. In the seventeenth century this was the most expensive type of wood on the market and was called princess wood. Today, you rarely still encounter it. Forge de Laguiole has only made 103 numbered pieces of this knife. 

  The Forge de Laguiole Laguiole knives are made with love. This classic French pocket knife has all features of a real Laguiole knife: the shephard's cross in the handle and, of course, the characteristic bee. The handmade pocket knife looks slim. Because of the manual labour and the natural materials used each pocket knife is unique. There are many Laguiole pocket knives on sale, but only a few have the quality and look and feel of Forge de Laguiole. With a knife such as this you show class and taste.
