This **Forge de Laguiole Lucky Knife** is a remarkable and limited Laguiole knife. This design is based on an original Laguiole knife from the 19th century. The bolster-less design makes it look sleek and stylish. The handle is made from replicated antique bone to make it look more like the original knife. To do so cow bone was enhanced with an antique finish. As such it looks like it has been around for years.

 Striking about this Laguiole knife is that you won't find a bee (or fly actually) on the spine, but a four-leaf clover. Hence the name 'Lucky Knife'. This four-leaf clover is forged from the spring. This means that the clover is integrally a part of the spring in the spine which takes care of the slipjoint lock.

 You will find messing liners in between the stunning bone handle. The edges of these liners are enhanced with a stunning file pattern. Of course the spring on the spine has been filed. On the presentation side of the handle you will find beautiful messing pins that form a diamond pattern.

 Because of the exceptional amount of manual work involved in the production of this knife each knife is unique. Only 365 pieces were made, all individually numbered. While stocks last.
