This is a sustainable and solid sheath for the KA-BAR 1217 and comparable models. Can be used by both left and right-handed users. The knife is kept in place by a click-system. With your thumb you ‘unlock’ the sheath and remove the knife.

Sturdy, holds the knife nicely in place. The only drawback is the extra long plastic around the area where the knife handle sits as with my big hand I was only able to grab the knife handle with 2 fingers so I cut it short so I could place my entire hand on the knife handle to take it out. Overall 4,8/5☆
