The KA-BAR BK4 Machax machete is the result of a collaboration between knife designer Ethan Becker and KA-BAR.. This machete is designed to provide as much strength as possible. It can definitely take a beating! The blade is made of 1095 carbon steel, which doesn’t make it stainless. Luckily, the blade has a black coating making maintenance a lot easier.
