The KA-BAR Emergency Whistle 9925 is a set of two emergency whistles, in the shape of KA-BAR knives. The whistles are made to function as a keychain on a zippers. In case of an emergency you will, as such, always have an emergency whistle close that can produce 100 decibels.

The pack of whistles is quite impressive and from a design perspective they certainly look the part. As zipper pulls they work very well but they fail the ‘emergency whistle’ test. IMHO, they simply aren’t loud enough. I’ll admit they do work nicely but volume is sadly lacking. The best part of these whistles is the KA-BAR branding!
