These are superb knives. We now have a large collection built up over the years. The Damascus steel takes a fine edge that is long lasting and the design, as with many Japanese cutting tools, is excellent for the use the knife is put to. Knives & tools prices are great and delivery rapid. I'll buy more from them in the future.
