The stainless steel, Daido 1K6 blade has a thin grind and is hardened up
to a hardness of 58 HRC. Because the knife doesn't have a crop you can use the entire edge. Not only great when using it, but also when sharpening it. 


The D-shaped handle is made of a combination of bamboo powder and polypropylene. A sustainable and water-proof combination that also offers enough grip as you use the knife. With this two-piece steak knife set from the Wasabi Black collection you introduce your kitchen to amazing knives.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
