Heb dit mes gekocht voor mijn broer. Hij is er erg bij mee. Erg mooi mes om te zien, mooi slank lemmet. Ziet er bijvoorbeeld veel minder agressief uit dan een Cold Steel code 4, welke dezelfde lemmetlengte heeft. Het mes is kleiner dan ik in gedachten had.

Mijn broer vind de rug van het lemmet wat scherp. De rug verwijdt zich naar achteren toe, maar loopt niet volledig over. Dit creëert een aardig scherpe overgang (puntig). 

Mijn opmerkingen:

Het lemmet is mooi symmetrisch geslepen en uit de doos scheert het aardig goed. Opening met de flipper werkt fijn, maar de duimsteunen zijn nagenoeg waardeloos.Door het formaat, de afstand tot het frame en de detent krijg je het lemmet er gewoon niet uit. 
Niet helemaal waardeloos zoals ik zei;
Om het lemmet discreet te openen kun je met je duim en middelvinger de rug van het lemmet pakken en naar buiten duwen, het speedsafe systeem duwt het lemmet er voor de helft uit en je duwt het lemmet in de geopende toestand met de duimsteunen. Het is wat omslachtig maar werkt wel. 

Het lemmet is aardig goed gecenterd, geen speling in geopende toestand. 
het gepolijste G10 heeft een mooie textuur en geeft meer grip dan het metaal aan de andere zijde. De lockbar blokkeert voor 40% bij mijn mes. De lockbar heeft jimping, maar had wel wat grover gemogen. Soms krijg ik er net geen goede grip op, maar met de nagel lukt het altijd wel. De gebruikte boutjes zien er goed uit, de koppen zijn niet dolgedraaid. 

De pocketclip is mooi gemaakt, gemakkelijk te gebruiken en zit niet echt in de weg. Alleen de afbuiging prikt lichtelijk in je hand, ik ben daarom meer een fan van teruggebogen clips zoals op de Cold Steels.

Al met al een pareltje om te zien, klein en toch een aardige lemmetlengte, voor een goede prijs.
