The Kershaw Fiber 1367 is a seemingly simple pocket knife that opens quickly. When opening the knife with the flipper or thumb stud the blade is supported by an assisted opening mechanism. This is a spring that, as you push the thumb stud, gets to work and opens the blade. As such you can immediately get started.
