The **Kizer Salient** is a large fixed knife, designed by Morgan Koens. For this knife, Kizer opted for 1095 carbon steel. This type of steel can really take a beating. It isn't stainless, but it is easy to sharpen. To help with corrosion resistance, the blade has a DLC coating. The robust handle feels great in hand. The scales are made from G10, which is a very strong, lightweight composite material.



The Kizer Salient is a great outdoor knife to have with you during camping trips. Its impressive blade length of 15.5 cm means it is also well suited for light felling tasks. You can use the two lanyard eyes to attach a wrist cord, so the knife won't slip out of your hand.



The Kizer Salient comes with a solid Kydex sheath.
