The Laguiole en Aubrac Coupe-Coupe is a pocket knife with a remarkable story. The handle is made from letterwood from 1930 that comes from the 'Bagne de Cayenne'. Also known as Devil's Island, this was a penal camp established in Cayenne by Napoleon III in French Guiana and to which political prisoners were deported. With this knife, you have a real piece of history in your hands!
