The **Maserin Myrmillo 960** is a robust survival knife, designed for soldiers. Maserin has been producing knives for soldiers for dozens of years. With the Myrmillo, designed by Fabio Toncelli, they introduce the ultimate soldier's knife, with a characteristic Italian design.

 The name *Myrmillo* comes from a type of gladiator from the Roman age. With it Maserin has presented a knife for the modern gladiators of today's battlefield. Everything about this knife is so well-thought-out any soldier can use it. It goes without saying that survival enthusiasts will appreciate the Myrmillo because of its no-nonsense construction. For the construction and finish of the Myrmillo Maserin used NATO certified materials and coatings. This once again demonstrates who this knife is meant for.

 The large 17.8 cm blade is made from Böhler N690 steel. The blade shape, with its clippoint, might make you think of the classic American combat knives from the previous century. The swedge ensures that you can carry out the more detailed tasks even better. The thickness of the blade and the solid grind also make sure that this knife can handle the more demanding tasks.

 The handle is made from Forprene. This is a rubber-like plastic that can handle a lot of different circumstances. Extreme temperatures, both low and high, and chemicals barely affect this material. The geometric grip pattern might look a little random, but combined with the subtle thinner parts of the handle it feels great in hand. You can tell that attention was paid to users who wear gloves.

 The Maserin 960 Myrmillo comes with a luxurious Radar Holsters leg sheath. Made from top-quality Cordura nylon. The sheath is made as such that you can, almost silently, remove the knife from the sheath when you use the elastic strap. You carry this sheath by putting the belt loop on your belt and the leg strap around your thigh. The inside of this leg strap has been enhanced with a rubber-like texture to make sure it won't slide off. The whole comes in a plastic case.

 With the 960 Myrmillo Maserin has introduced a very complete outdoor knife. Everything about this knife tells you that you will be prepared for extreme situations. As a soldier, survival enthusiast, prepper or simply as a knife enthusiast.
