The **Medford Infraction** is an incredibly cool and popular pocket knife designed by Greg Medford. Remarkable about the infraction is the special blade. Like with the other Medford knives the hollow grind has been applied by hand. However, the special combination of the finger groove and the thumb hole make this knife unique.


The Infraction has a titanium lock side enhanced with a frame lock. The presentation side is made from carbon fibre.


D2 is a type of tool steel that needs maintenance and oil. Some budget knives use D2 as a cheap option by using a rudimentary heat treatment. Medford, however, used D2 to its full extent and turned it into a top-quality type of steel with excellent qualities. So, definitely not a budget option!


Each Medford knife is made by hand by talented knife makers. As such each knife has individual differences, making them unique. It takes approximately a year for Medford to ship their knives.
