The **Nitecore NHL04** is a patch with a Velcro backing. Velcro is also referred to ashook and loop. The patch has four elastic loops: three small, and one larger loop. that you can use to store a flashlight, pocket knife or multi-tool. Nitecore makes these components as accessories for the Nitecore EDC and Excursion bags. You can also wear this component on a tactical vest or a tactical backpack that has a Velcro section.



The diameter of the loops has room for an average multi-tool or a large pocket knife. It's a little difficult to estimate for an elastic loop, of course, but the widths are twice 2.3 cm with a looser loop, another 2.3 cm with a slightly tighter loop, and a large, loose loop of 7.0 cm.
