The **Reate Mini Horizon-D** is a slightly more compact version of the Reate Horizon-D. Like its big brother it is absolutely amazing. The milling work, the flipper, the finish: it is absolutely flawless.


 If you have ever seen its predecessor you will immediately recognize the shape of the handle. The Mini Horizon-D is just as ergonomically sound. And even though its name might be *Mini*, we don’t really think it is mini at all. The handle is large enough to even have enough grip when you have relatively large hands. The milling pattern offers you a comfortable grip and Reate has added chamfers in just the right places for it to feel perfect in hand.


The blade is made from Böhler M390 steel, a stainless powered type of steel which retains its sharpness well. You open the blade with the flipper which is incredibly easy because of the ceramic ball bearings. When opened the framelock firmly keeps the blade in place. As you might expect from Reate the knife has been enhanced with a steel lockbar insert which means that the lock is comprised of steel on steel contact which will extend the life.


The Reate Mini Horizon-D comes in a luxurious storage pouch with an extra bag with additional screws. As such you can easily replace the screws if necessary!
