Full description
This Santoku is part of the famous line of mill knives by Robert Herder. This Japanese chef's knive with a blade of carbon steel is hand ground with the traditional Solinger Dünnschliff’technology. This results in a razor-sharp knife. The carbon steel of the blade is not stainless and therefore requires a bit of extra care. This means that it has to be hand washed and dried after use.
