The Spyderco Byrd Robin 2 BY10GP2 Black G10 is a small but very handy knife for everyday use. The 8Cr13MoV-steel blade is easy to open one-handed with the comet-shaped hole, and locks when open with a solid and reliable back lock. As an extra safety measure, this back lock has a so-called Boye-dent; a crescent-shaped recess that prevents the knife from slamming shut anyway during heavy use.
