This **Spyderco K11P utility knife** is also called a cook's knife by Spyderco itself. This demonstrates how versatile this kitchen knife really is. The knife is a little longer than your average utility knife, making it not only great for detailed tasks, but also for the more demanding tasks in the kitchen.

 ## Razor-sharp VG-10-blade

 The blade is produced in the Japanese knife city of Seki and made from top-quality VG-10-steel. This steel is fairly stainless, easy to sharpen and it retains its sharpness well.

 ## Spyder Hole: recognizable and functional!

 In addition, the blade has been enhanced with the recognizable spyder hole, the hole that serves as an opening mechanism for Spyderco pocket knives. In the case of this chef's knife this will, first and foremost, be a Spyderco style characteristic. We can, however, imagine that, perhaps not intentionally, it also has a functional purpose. After all, when you take hold of handle you place your thumb against the blade. Thanks to the hole your thumb has a lot more grip on the knife and won't slide forward.

 ## Stylish Corian handle

 The handle on this stunning kitchen knife is made from Corian. This is a solid, non-porous sheet material, comprised of acrylic and natural minerals. The main advantage is that it practically doesn't wear out and thus retains its natural shine for a long time. This makes your knife look very luxurious. The robust silver-coloured rivets finish the whole.
