The **Steel Will Piecer** is a stunning and practical EDC pocket knife, designed by Tommasco Rumici. With the Piercer this Italian designer has introduced a knife that is perfect for everyday use. The handle feels great in hand and the thin blade can be used for almost anything.

 Striking about the Piercer is that it is a relatively flat design. The total handle is only 12 mm thick. As such you hardly notice it in your pocket. And yet you carry a 8.2 cm blade with you. The pointed tip is practical for detailed jobs and the thin grind makes it perfect for preparing food. In terms of steel, D2 was chosen. This is a tough type of tool steel that retains its sharpness well. You do, however, need to be careful with long-term exposure to acids, salt and moisture when you handle D2. It is not 100% stainless. Fortunately you can easily clean it and occasionally add a drop of oil.

 You open the Steel Will Piercer with the thumb hole. When opened the blade is blocked by a solid liner lock. Because only one side of the handle has been enhanced with a liner, the Piercer weighs less than you might expect from a knife this size.

 The handle is made from G10. At the end of the handle you will find a deep-carry pocket clip. This clip makes sure that the knife can be stored deep inside your pocket. The clip can also be converted for left-handed use.
