The **TSPROF Blitz Full** is the most extensive version from the TSPROF Blitz sharpening system collection. With additional sharpening stones and accessories. Everything you need for razor-sharp knives.


##  TSPROF Blitz


 The TSPROF Blitz is a very compact sharpening system. With a height of 12 cm and a width of 13 cm this system won't take up much room on your workbench or desk. And yet this system leaves you with grand, professional level sharpening results.


With this sharpening system you can sharpen at an 8 to 27 degree angle (per side). As such you can sharpen any knife at the right or desired angle. Adjusting the angle is easy and done with a turning knob at the side of the system. In addition, you can rotate the clamp upwards or downwards to end up with the best sharpening angle when your blade is very high or very narrow. As such sharpening a filleting knife or a Chinese chef's knife will also be a piece of cake. The clamp can even rotate up to 360 degrees to make sure you don't have to remove the clamp in order to sharpen the other side. The clamp automatically clicks back into place. The clamp holds knives from 3 to 20 cm, longer knives could let go of the clamp a lot faster. The maximum thickness of a knife is 4.5 mm.


The sharpening stone holder has enough room for sharpening stones up to 15 cm long. You secure the stones with a spring which you can also easily press to release the stone. As such changing the stones is a piece of cake.


Each part of this system is made from top-quality steel making the whole system feel very decent. If properly used this system will last for generations.

Jolie machine à affuter qui fais bien le job. Un peu trop chère sans doute et attention l'arrière n'est pas réglable...
sinon la fabrication est top, la tenue du couteau parfaite .

Das Messerschleifgerät ist der Hammer . Ich gehe selbst zum Fliegenfischen habe mehrere BZW 2 Bindestöcke die waren auch nicht Billig. Wie ich Denn Blitz Gesehen habe das war Liebe auf dem ersten Schliff habe ihn noch nicht Ausgepackt werde es am Samstag nach hohlen . kann nur eins Sagen der Blitz ist etwas größer als mein Bindestock deshalb habe ich mir denn gekauft .Liebe Grüße an das gesamte Team.
