If you want to take sharpening with the Work Sharp Culinary E5 to an even higher level, a Work Sharp Culinary E5 Upgrade Kit is available. In addition to the standard 17 degrees installed on the E5, this set also gives you a sharpening angle of 15 and 20 degrees per side. You simply remove the guides from the E5 and add the new ones. Simple.
