The Wusthof Chef’s knife 20cm with RidgeDit from the Classic series differentiates itself from other Chef’s knives by the holes in the blade. These holes serve the purpose of lessening the sticking of food to the blade while cutting. Above the holes a ledge is created, which guides the food which is cut off, from the blade.
