This Wüsthof Classic bread knife is enhanced with a differently shaped blade, something you perhaps haven't seen before on a bread knife. The blade is not placed in one line with the handle, but is located lower. As such you have more room to cut thick sandwiches, hamburgers of paninis wihout your hand getting in the way. With the broad, serrated knife you can easily cut through fresh loaves of bread without tearing it. In short: the all-rounder amongst the bread knives.
