These knives are like any Wüsthof Classic; a combination of a forged knife blade and black POM handle, which is an extremely durable plastic. I cannot review this product as it has still not been delivered after a month - the order was placed on 16/06/2020 and is still outstanding. I have emailed twice asking for an update on the delivery date and Knives and Tools have not bothered to reply. I would avoid this supplier and go elsewhere.

Got these as a present for my wife who really wanted sharp knives for cooking. Just what she wished for. Really sharp and perfect size and weight. Ideal for preparing vegetables, meat and majority of ingredients.

I bought these knives after recommendations from various websites and they haven’t disappointed. Razor sharp out of the box and considerably cheaper than from all other websites, so cheap in fact that I doubted it was a genuine retailer! The sharpener as also given a new lease of life to my other tired knives.
