This Wüsthof Classic carving knife is actually a real all-rounder. The title carving knife doesn't really do it justice. Because of the serrated blade you can also use this knife to cut loaves of bread and vegetables and fruit with a hard skin. The blade is enhanced with a sharp tip you can use to easily cut thin, small strips.
