This Wüsthof Classic White santoku knife with dimples 17 cm is perfect for the finer cutting tasks. Specifically developed to prepare Sushi and Sashimi but can do so much more. Finely cutting herbs or vegetables will, for instance, also be a piece of cake. Because the blade is enhanced with dimples little air bubbles emerge. This prevents the food from sticking to the blade.
