Dit is mijn 5e mes van de Culinar serie, wat op zichzelf al aangeeft dat deze serie mij erg aanstaat. Het lemmet is erg flexibel, maar dat had ik ook verwacht. Heb er inmiddels al twee kilo Poon mee gefileerd en dat gaat aanzienlijk makkelijker dan met het flexibel fileermes van Wusthof. Dat zal waarschijnlijk liggen aan het dunne snijblad waardoor er minder weerstand ontstaat bij het snijden. Ben erg tevreden met het mes.
Het lemmet is nog groot genoeg om een leesbare (3 regels) ets er in te laten zetten.
Indien je veel vis snijdt is dit een uitstekend mes. Wil je af en toe vis fileren dan kan je ook af met het flexibele fileermes. Deze geeft ook wat meer divers gebruik.
Wil je een echt vis fileermes hebben dan kan ik deze zeker aanbevelen.

Lekker fileermes, soepel staal en volgt makkelijk de graten van de vis. Snel en makkelijk aan te zetten. Een heerlijk mes als je veel vis fileert.
