Echt een superfijn ontbijtmes ! Ligt prima in de hand, de lengte is goed en het mes is lekker scherp. 

Dit mesje is een topper! Ligt perfect in de hand, is erg scherp (wel even wennen!) en de karteltjes onderaan, zijn slim geplaatst voor het snijden van de dichtstbijzijnde kortst. Ook de ronde top is een verademing want nu haal je in één keer de juiste hoeveelheid jam uit de pot. De breedte van het mes is weer handig voor een fijne smeerbeweging. Had ik jaren eerder moeten kopen.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
