This Wüsthof Silverpoint chef's knife 18 cm is a perfect small chef's knife for every chef. The blade is made from stainless steel and the ergonomically shaped handle is made from a top-quality type of synthetic plastic. Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.
