 **The Zero Tolerance 0909** is a big solid knife that lives by the Zero Tolerance motto *Built like a tank*. Like the popular 0900, this 0909 is based on the Talos-design by knife maker Les George. It is quite large with a blade of 9.7 cm and a weight of 197 grams. Designed for proper use!


## Practical and user friendly



The G10 handles offers plenty of grip and looks neat. Under the G10 handle there are extra thick liners. The same that were used in the classic ZT0350 series. Out of the liners they have milled-out the liner-lock. This keeps the blade of the *Zero Tolerance 0909* in opened position firmly in place.




Opening it goes very smoothly through the strong flipper. Pushing the flipper helps the blade ‘fly’ out without using a spring. The blade is made of CPM S35VN-steel and is razor sharp. S35VN is a powder metallurgical steel which can be sharpened to a really sharp result. The pivot (hinge screw) is relatively thick and therefore makes the knife really sturdy.




The **0909 Zero Tolerance** is a very solid large pocket knife, built to work.

Ik heb veel messen, ik gebruik ook elk mes wat ik bezit. Dit mes is binnen een paar dagen mijn favoriet geworden. Hij is wat aan de zware kant, maar mijn God, je krijgt er werkelijk een tank voor terug. Super solide, niet alleen qua gevoel maar ook qua werkelijke bouw. No nonsense, zeer dik lemmet, een dikke plak s35vn van 4 mm dik, het handvat net groot genoeg om het lemmet te borgen. En daar bovenop de actie als je de flipper overhaalt, het lemmet vliegt eruit als een automatisch mes. Geweldig ding, 100% te vreden over. Samen met de service van K&T, maakt dat 5 sterren op elk vlak. 

Kan me geen reden bedenken waarom deze ZERO TOLERANCE   NIET in de 250+ klasse zit.

Voor mij veruit de meest interessante ZT en ik heb er intussen al een paar. Gewoon lekker functioneel recht toe recht aan design. S35VN staal, comfortabele grip doordat beide zijden G10 bieden. Framelocks zijn mooi hoor maar liggen toch minder lekker in de hand vind ik. Dit mes zou ik iedere liefhebber aanbevelen. Perfecte fit and finish en gewoon heerlijk no nonsense.
