The **Böker Kihon DC** is a cool and stylish pocket knife, designed by Lucas Burnley. We know Burley from his Kwaikan pocket knives. Now, he has brought the concept of the Japanese Kihon to life in the design of the Boker Plus Kihon DC. The knife embodies the fundamental principles of Japanese martial arts, translated into a practical everyday tool. Its simple yet effective design and features demonstrate its high level of usability, making it perfect for everyday cutting tasks.

## Böker Kihon DC blade

The blade is made from D2 steel. This is a tough steel with good sharpness retention. Great even! Do, however, clean it after peeling an apple: D2 is not completely stainless. You quickly open the Böker Kihon DC with the removable thumb studs. The action is very smooth thanks to the ball bearings.

## Böker Kihon DC handle

The Crossbar Lock is a safe and user-friendly locking mechanism. The textured handle, made of durable FRN (Fibreglass Reinforced Nylon), offers a comfortable grip. The orange anodised accents add a touch of elegance to the pivot screw and hanging handle screw. In addition, the knife comes with a lanyard hole and a wire pocket clip that can be moved for versatile carrying options.

..Böker Plus Kihon is a very durable and well balanced working knife, another must have classic designed by Lucas Burnley, i definitely recommend it... 

I m in love with D2 tool steel. I bought this pocket knife for my casual EDC. At the moment the pocket clip fill a little bit stiff, but is fully secured in my side pocket,.

This knife attracted me with its almost ABSURDLY low price. I was impressed with its build quality for this price range which makes me think about buying another one in case I lose this one. 
I have already recommended it to some of my friends who don't have knives and aren't willing to spend more than 50 euros on a knife. 
I think this is the perfect knife for entering the world of blades. 
Over the past few weeks, I have been using it daily for all kinds of tasks, from food preparation, opening boxes, cutting ropes, and I have simply fallen in love with it. Although I always have two knives on hand, I almost always used this one while I changed the backup knife, and this one was always in my pocket, ready for use. 
I only wish there were larger versions available.
It fits so nicely in the pants pocket that my wife even washed it in the washing machine without realizing it was in the pants.
