So i bought this knife as an EDC knife. I work in the engineering industry. I have owned this knife for 2 weeks now, it was RAZOR sharp out of the box. I mean the sharpest I've ever held in my hand. Its a great plunging knife, meaning you can easily plunge it into PVC, Plastic, Rubber and Nylon. The angled blade is a brilliant idea, its easy for sharpening, but most of all you can cut perpendicular straight lines every time. Getting a flush cut on the end of a pipe/hose with easy. The holder/ case is very tight to begin with, I actually cut myself as when you pull it out you have to really force it, this means you grab it the wrong way for extra leverage. I heated the hoster with a gas torch for 2/3 seconds and then pushed the knife in and out a couple of times. Worked a treat. I would 100% recommend this knife especially for the price
