Good service. I placed an order where something went wrong. Nina from the customer service helped me out and after that everything was smooth as possible and that was on the weekend! I didn't have to wait for the Monday (work day) - excellent. About the knife. I like it. It is easy to open, easier than CEO, at least for me. The blade needs to sharpen, if someone wants razor sharp knife, but it works excellent right out from the box. That knife will be always in my vest pocket!
