This is a fabulous knife. Very pretty to look at, and rather heavier than I imagined, but perfectly balanced. I have in the short time I have owned it, learned to respect it, so very sharp. I would definitely recommend this knife to anyone who loves to cook, as it makes prep so much easier.

bought this and 2 other knives as part of a combie deal to say the service was fantastic would be an understatement ordered on line a few days b4 xmas the knives showed up a few days later which when you think of xmas post etc the knives are as described really sharp and nicely weighted, ,great quality, and now i have to fight to use them as the wife always seems to have one in her hand (i think thats for cooking purposes) i would highly recommend the knives and the company and when i want anything knife related again these will be my first choice.

Having recently got more and more into cooking I decided to treat myself to a couple of decent knives after years of using cheap supermarket options. Having done my research I went for the great value Eden Damast cooks and utility knife and I am completely satisfied with my choice. They are excellent quality, they handle beautifully and are wonderfully sharp!
