The**Fällkniven A1 Pro** is the improved version of the well-known Fällkniven A1: the preferred knife of the Swedish army. For years this has been a very popular knife amongst outdoor enthusiasts. The convex edge is very sharp and very strong. Cutting wood and many other tasks will become a piece of cake. The Fällkniven A1 Pro is an all-round fixed knife that can withstand the most extreme circumstances. The thermorun handle offers enough good grip, even with wet hands. The tang of the blade runs all the way to the pommel, for optimal strength. 

 Although many believe the Fällkniven A1 to be the ultimate large survival knife, Fällkniven felt there was still some room for improvement. That is why the Fällkniven A1 Pro was developed.

 ## Differences Fällkniven Pro-series

 The Fällkniven Pro-collection is the long awaited successor to the very popular regular F1, A1 and S1. The VG10 core was replaced by top-quality CoS cobalt steel. This type of steel is even better when it comes to sharpness retention and won't chip as easily. The entire blade is also thicker for an even stronger knife. This is not only the case with the visible (cutting) part of the blade, the tang is also larger and thicker.

 The thermorun finger guard was replaced by a steel finger guard, for more firmness and an improved balance. But that is not all, the convex grind of the blade was also improved.

 Just like the Zytel sheath. It is now even more sustainable and easier to use with the MOLLE-system.

Wat een prachtig mes !!!
Wat een kwaliteit en vakmanschap. 
Maar wat een prijskaartje....

In de afgelopen 7jaar had ik hem al 3a4 keer in het winkelmandje gedaan, en toch niet afgerekend. 
Zoals zo vaak was ik aan het kijken naar al het moois wat knivesandtools heeft en zag ik hem voor een fantastische prijs.
Ik was zo enthousiast dat zelfs 2 collega's hem ook hadden gekocht.

Om de buurt kregen we hem thuis gestuurd, maar helaas zat er in mijn doos een verkeerd mes( ahhh wat was ik teleurgesteld)

Contact opgenomen, naar de showroom gereden maar het was de laatste.

De kosmos had bepaald, het mocht niet zo zijn.
En ben met de nieuwere versie de fallkniven a1x met zwarte coating naar huis gegaan.

Net iets minder mooi misschien, maar wel nog robuuster.

Beau couteau, qualité a voir sur la durée mais semble très robuste!
Le bémol sur le rapport qualité prix car la boîte et la pierre ne semblent pas justifier la différence de prix avec le couteau seul
