The blade has been made from special ice-hardened Friodur steel. As such the knives are both hard and flexible. With great precision the blades are forged from one piece of steel which increases stability. The ergonomic handle is made from top-quality plastic.

Great service, would definately use Knives&Tools again.
Great knife also - incredibly sharp, so much so I could shave with it.  Care must be used with the corner of the blade closest to the hand as this is as sharp as the rest of the blade and it's easy to slice tour hand with it if you are not using due dilligence (like me!).
Would highly recommend the knife though, the blade is thinner than your normal chefs knife, so it slides through vegetables etc with ease.

 Ook al heb ik het mes zelf nog niet gebruikt, kan ik zeggen dat het me blij verrast. Ik ga het kado geven. Ik vond het er "sjiek" uitzien en het feit dat de eigen naam er in staat maakt het bijzonder. Zo geef ik graag een kado weg.
