The **KA-BAR 1213 USMC** is a legendary fixed knife. In 1942 this knife was used by the United States Marine Corps as a standard fighting knife for the marines. Ever since this knife is a part of the standard equipment of many soldiers. The knife is big and feels very strong. The handle is enhanced with a knife guard to make sure you will never end up on the razor-sharp edge during heavy-duty use. The blade is made from 1095-carbon steel. This steel, however, is not corrosion-resistant. Fortunately the blade is enhanced with a black coating to make sure maintenance is a lot easier.

This 1213 version is enhanced with a Kraton handle. A rubber-like material that offers enough grip regardless of the circumstances. The KA1213 is enhanced with a solid plastic sheath.

C'est un incontournable quoi rajouter de plus il vous en faut un dans votre collection 

It’s a good knife, but honestly I wish I went for the original style with the leather sheath instead m, it would’ve been more worth it and less pricey. This product was not sharp out the box and needed sharpening. But overall it’s a KABAR so you pay the price for the legacy which looking back I kinda regret. Oh well. If you want a KA BAR I’d definitely recommend the original or this style in the leather sheath

Solide couteau, je l'ai utilisé dernièrement pour couper pas mal de cartons lors d'un déménagement et il est resté assez tranchant

Couldn't be happier with this Ka-Bar but I won't be buying anything made in New York ever again after the conviction of Donald Trump on 30-May-2024.

I know that's not Ka-Bar's fault but anything New York is finished with me.
