The **Kizer Contrail V2540** is a compact and affordable EDC pocket knife, designed by Justin Lundquist. Because of its round shapes and modest blade length the Contrail looks like a very friendly knife. You do, however, carry a genuine and practical EDC pocket knife. And all that for an amazing price!



You quickly open the Kizer Contrail with the thumb stud. A solid framelock ensures that your fingers are safe. When closed the Contrail will feel like a pebble in hand. The G10 has a wonderful texture and offers enough grip. The blade is made from 154CM. A stainless type of steel that retains its sharpness well and is also easy to sharpen.



The Kizer Vanguard collection makes the cool designs from the more expensive collections available to all.

Tiny 5th pocket knife with surprisingly good ergonomics. Despite the small size, I have a solid 3 1/2 finger grip in my medium-sized hands. It has the usual Kizer build quality; flicking it open is not a problem despite the small handle and washers.
Just so you know, the curved belly can slide the blade on longer cuts, and you must angle the knife a lot when using the point.

Ik heb dit mes bijna een jaar in bezit nu, en ben er nog altijd erg blij mee!  Superstevig, maar toch plat en verdwijnt in elke broekzak. Erg fijn aanvoelend greepmateriaal ook! Beste G10 van alle messen die ik heb.

Après avoir perdu le clip poche au bout d'une semaine sans utilisation intensive entrée-sortie du couteau une quinzaine de fois par jour, La vis du pivot qui commence à de se desserrer au bout de 15 jours, bof bof... À ce tarif, mon Ruyke P121B c'est bien mieux depuis maintenant 2 ans sans aucun souci et pourtant il lui est même arrivé à plusieurs reprises de tailler des pointes, bâtons,  arcs dans les bois pour mon fils.
Indéniablement côté pratique par contre, il est excellent pour l'ouverture de colis, de par sa taille il sait se faire oublier et la rétention du tranchant du 154CM est excellente.
Heureusement que je l'ai acheté en promo car pour son prix initial ça aurait été bien trop cher.
