Looked at this knife. Read the details and it meet my requirements. Ordered the Wustuf Cordon Blue 23cm chefs knife. Ordered it arrived 2/3 days. Opened packaging. perfect knife. It is well balanced. Perfect weight and excellent cutting curve. It's razor sharp and cuts though vegetables effortlessly. Customer services from KATO Brilliant and second to none. Will be returning

Excellent quality but very big and heavy to use. Not suitable for people who are looking for a comfortable every day use knife

Super knife n bought it twice,a bit anoyed that when I got it first time cost 110 euro n second time only 60 euro but that sales for u but can't fault knife n sharpens easy.

Bought this knife at a heavily discounted price, works as well if not better than some of my wursthofs, holds its edge well and is sharp right out of the box. A fantastic knife at a lower price thank the ikon classic
