Couteaux de bonne qualité et extrêmement coupants, support un peu "cheap". Achat conforme sans surprise ni bonne ni mauvaise.

The knives are classic in design, a nice weight, razor sharp. The knife block is not very attractive but is functional. Will hopefully buy the scissors to complete the set.

Quite pleased with this set. They are sharp enough without being razor-sharp, and therefore dangerous, although it's possible still to cut oneself as I can attest. They are sensibly designed, therefore. Happy. 

Ik geef niet zo snel een 10, ook wist ik niet wat ik ervan kon verwachten, maar ik gun iedereen zo een messenblok. Heerlijk om mee te werken.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
